Stratus abilities

  • Static Charge (Passive): Ability damage leaves a Static Charge on enemies, for 6s. When reaching 3 Static Charges, they immediately discharge dealing 50 damage and rooting, for 0.5s. Basic Attacks against the enemy refreshes the remaining duration of Static Charges.
  • Twisting Winds (Q): Launches tornado(es) forward, dealing 140 damage.
  • Cyclone's Eye (W): Stirs up gale-force winds for 0.75s, then deals 160 damage and pulls enemies towards the center. Collisions between enemies inflicts stun, for 0.4s.
  • Gathering Static (E): Passive: Adds a Static Charge after 4 Basic Attacks. Active: Basic Attacks become empowered and gain 50% Attack Speed, and 30 Kinetic Power, for 3 seconds. Instantly refreshes the cooldown of Twisting Winds or Cyclone's Eye, whichever is lower.
  • The Century Storm (R): Releases a massive tempest that pulses forward every 0.75s, for a total of 4 times. Each pulse deals 190 damage and stuns buildings, for 1s.
